The easiest way to complete this challenge is to use dead eye mode and then set up three headshots simultaneously. Crouch and wait until the grizzly bear arrives. The challenge category indicates the field of expertise players need to show to excel in. If they reach for their gun, you can kill them. Getting a huge bounty and hiding in a building could also be an option. Approach a gang camp (not a hideout). This is difficult to do outside of replaying the story missions, since there are few enemies prowling about unaware of your presence. If there seems to be few guards, head down to the river nearby and come back to attempt to respawn them.
